My adventure in the microblading industry started with a deep passion for enhancing natural beauty. Since 2021, I have committed myself to the craft of eyebrow shaping, making sure that every client leaves feeling confident in their results. I was fortunate to study at the renowned Phi Academy, where I had the opportunity to learn from one of the top teachers and masters in the USA. Each day, I aim to create personalized looks that reflect each individual’s unique style and lifestyle.

Policies
In Gorgeous Eyebrows by Erika Robledo, we kindly ask that you review our policies prior to scheduling any appointments. Since our appointments usually last 3 hours and are reserved well in advance, it is essential to follow our policies closely. Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances. Thank you for your cooperation.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking for any procedure. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, but it will be applied towards the total charge of your procedure. Thank you for understanding!

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hrs. (1 day) notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit fee. To schedule any future appointments, including initial procedures or touch-ups, a new deposit will be necessary. Thank you for your understanding.

​At Gorgeous Eyebrows by Erika Robledo, we maintain the right to cancel appointments without a refund if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late. This policy ensures that we provide the best service to all our clients, as it allows us to dedicate the entire scheduled time to each appointment and commence subsequent sessions punctually.

Our policy states that same-day cancellations or failure to call or show up will result in the loss of your deposit. This helps us manage our schedule effectively.

​We maintain the right to cancel bookings without refunds and to refuse future reservations if a client appears to be under the influence of recreational drugs and/or alcohol. Ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests is our priority.

Pets and service animals are not permitted in our facility. According to the Illinois Health Department, all animals, including service animals, are prohibited in areas where open skin is exposed, to minimize the risk of infections.

To ensure safety and comfort, we kindly ask that no children, guests, or family members enter the studio as it has limited space.

We request that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the necessary medical forms and history. This will help us have the required documentation ready for any medical emergencies, it enables us to provide you with the best possible care.
